How can we have confidence that we passed from death to life? We know because we love our brothers with a self-sacrificial love of total trust and commitment. This love is the total opposite of the self preservation and fear that the enemy uses to hold us captive. We are set free from the fear of death as we learn to hear God’s word and see His Spirit reflected in His people. As God’s people come to this place of love and unity, the world will see God in His people. And they will believe that God sent Jesus.
