Satan knows that our faithfulness in the “little things” is what ultimately matters and that the seemingly most mundane and menial tasks contain a potential of eternal import. It is the devil’s business to convince us that our work, our daily tasks, our decisions, our relationships, are of no consequence, that God doesn’t care, that nothing really matters. Then he can rob the joy and power that God would give us to accomplish the impossible.
